About

The artist’s practices’ main thread is working with discarded objects, stories, and memories. By reconstructing and manipulating forgotten materials they seek to create artworks that tell a new story. The artist explores 2D (collage & painting), 3D (up-cycled jewellery, textile design: weaving, knitting, printing), and motion (performance art). Their discipline intertwines digital and analogue technologies. By blending traditional and contemporary methods, they seek to understand themes of personal identity, culture, colonialism, race, and ecology. Through their work, they aim to provoke questions and emotion, while inviting viewers to reconsider social constructs.
